Founder and Director
Femi is a strategy and transformation advisor with more than 18 years of experience helping major organisations in capital markets, specialty insurance, engineering and industrial distribution convert strategy into market advantage.
He works alongside senior leadership to sharpen direction, align stakeholders behind it and lead the transformation that delivers it.
He founded Prosperity Services Limited to bring that advisory discipline to project finance: understanding what a financier needs, preparing businesses to meet it and managing each transaction to completion. He is completing an MBA at Edinburgh Business School.
